Who We Are
Uptegral is a specialist commercial fit out, refurbishment and flooring contractor based in Godalming, Surrey. We work with main contractors, architects, property managers and end-user clients across the South East and London.
Our Background
Uptegral is a family run business, established in 1995. We set out to provide a reliable, quality-focused alternative in the commercial interiors market. We recognised that clients were too often let down by contractors who over-promised and under-delivered — so we built a business around doing the opposite.
Operating from our base in Godalming, Surrey, we deliver commercial fit out, refurbishment and flooring projects across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Greater London and Kent. Our team brings together experienced site managers, skilled tradespeople and a straightforward management approach.
We work across a wide range of commercial sectors — from professional and financial services offices to healthcare, education and retail environments. Whether the project is a single-floor refurbishment or a full Category B fit out, we apply the same standards of workmanship and client communication.

Health & Safety
Health and safety is central to how Uptegral operates. We hold CHAS accreditation and maintain a comprehensive health and safety management system that covers all aspects of our work — from pre-construction planning through to site delivery and handover.
All of our site managers hold SMSTS qualifications and our operatives hold relevant CSCS cards. We carry out thorough risk assessments and method statements for every project, and we conduct regular toolbox talks to keep our teams informed and engaged.
We are committed to maintaining a safe working environment on every site — whether working in an occupied building, a live retail environment or a vacant commercial premises.
